Our construction company was built on a foundation of hands-on experience and a passion for quality. Founders Shannon, a Master Electrician, and Ryan, a skilled Carpenter, each ran successful contracting businesses in their respective trades. While working as subcontractors for larger construction firms, they saw firsthand how often quality was compromised. Unwilling to accept subpar standards, they decided to combine their expertise and launch their own home building company. Their mission: to deliver craftsmanship, reliability, and lasting results that truly stand apart.

We focus on mid-to-large scale custom residential builds, renovations, and high-end homes. Our projects range from 2,500 to over 8,000 square feet, including sustainable homes, luxury estates, and detailed renovations. We also build energy-efficient and eco-conscious homes with modern features.

5. What is your design and build process like?

We guide clients through a transparent, collaborative process—starting with a detailed consultation to understand your needs, followed by a custom design phase, construction, and post-build support. You’re involved every step of the way, with no surprises and constant communication.

6. Do you offer energy-efficient or sustainable home options?

Yes. Sustainability is a key part of our approach. We build homes with eco-friendly materials, smart technologies, high-performance insulation, and energy-efficient systems—tailored to meet your goals and reduce your environmental footprint.

7. What should I expect in terms of budget and timeline?

We provide honest, upfront estimates and realistic timelines. We suggest starting budget between $500,000 and $800,000 for most projects.  Our goal is to keep your project on schedule and within budget, with no hidden fees. Clear communication ensures you’re always informed and in control.

8. What happens after the home is finished?

Our relationship doesn’t end at move-in. We offer post-construction support, follow-up service, and are always available for questions. We care about your long-term satisfaction and stand behind the homes we build.

1. Can you help us design a custom home from scratch?

Yes, we specialize in fully custom home designs. We work closely with you and our architectural partners to turn your vision into detailed plans—tailored to your lifestyle, lot, and personal preferences.

2. What if I already have plans—can you build from them?

Absolutely. If you already have architectural drawings or a design concept, we’re happy to review them, offer suggestions if needed, and bring your plans to life with precision and care.

3. What design styles do you specialize in?

We don’t limit ourselves to one style. Whether you're looking for modern, traditional, farmhouse, rustic, or something in between, we tailor every detail to your taste and needs—no cookie-cutter solutions here.

4. How do you ensure the home is functional for our family?

Function is just as important as form. During the design phase, we learn about your daily routines, storage needs, lifestyle, and long-term plans. From open-concept kitchens to multi-use spaces, we design around how you live.

5. How do you handle permits and inspections?

We manage the entire permitting process for you, including all required documentation and scheduling of inspections. We also ensure that every phase of construction meets or exceeds Ontario Building Code standards.

6. Can you incorporate smart home technology into the design?

Definitely. We’re experienced in integrating smart lighting, HVAC, security, and entertainment systems into our custom homes. These technologies add convenience, efficiency, and long-term value.

7. What happens if something unexpected comes up during construction?

8. How long does it take to build a custom home?

Timelines vary depending on size, complexity, and weather, but most of our custom builds range from 8 to 14 months from permit to completion. We’ll give you a realistic schedule upfront and keep you updated throughout the build.
